What to expect

A number of people have asked me what I am expecting to experience down there and I truly don't know. I'm sure i'll be a part of things I'd rather not and will take memories away that will be both troubling and amazing. So i don;t know what I;m expecting, but to give you an idea of where my head is, here are some of the things in my backpack

a water purifier squeeze bottle that takes out viruses and organisms
a back up water prifying system
candles and matches
cylum sticks
a solar/crankable radio,flashlight,usb charger
medical and wilderness survival apps fro my iphone
meds
survival blankets
